Founder and President
Bronwyn (Jacoby) Jimenez is the founder of 2911 Productions, Inc. Born in Northern California and understanding full well soy milk, granola, gelatin and learning to love your veggies, she moved at 12 to Chicago where she learned to embrace the heavy foods of her Bohemian, Polish and German background, along with deep dish pizza through her first high school job at Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria. Growing up in a family where food was embraced and traveling must include a culinary experience, it was an easy fit that she connected with this delicious industry. Living in Florence, Italy, proved the hook... learning to embrace the finer things in life included ingredient based cuisine and a slow, healthy style of eating.
A graduate of Pepperdine University, she continued her education at Northwestern University’s journalism program.
Following her education, Bronwyn moved to New York City to join Serafina Restaurant Group as their Special Events Director. Trained by Lot 61's Amy Sacco, she gained experience in both front and back of the house restaurant management. Leo Burnett’s Vigilante Advertising Group brought Bronwyn on board to be a part of the Johnnie Walker Black label “Keep Walking” urban advertising campaign by launching tastings around New York City. Additional experience in New York City included RestaurantRow.com as a sales associate for online dinner reservation systems and as Associate Publicist at KB Network News opening restaurants under top toques in New York, Miami and Las Vegas.
